Email hello@saunabenefits.uk. We read every message and aim to reply within a week. If you have found an error or a study we have missed, please include a link and we will check it and correct the page if needed.
What can you write to us about?
- Errors. Tell us which page and what is wrong, with a link to the source if you have one.
- New research. Send us any new study of saunas, heat therapy or cold water that we have not covered.
- UK venues. We are building a guide to public saunas in the UK. If you run one, or love one, tell us about it.
- Questions about anything on the site. We cannot give personal medical advice, so for that please speak to your GP.
What won’t we do?
We don’t accept payment, free sessions or partnership offers from sauna makers or venues, and we don’t review or rank products on request.
