**Short answer:** Email hello@saunabenefits.uk. We read every message and aim to reply within a week. If you have found an error or a study we have missed, please include a link and we will check it and correct the page if needed.

## What can you write to us about?

- **Errors.** Tell us which page and what is wrong, with a link to the source if you have one.
- **New research.** Send us any new study of saunas, heat therapy or cold water that we have not covered.
- **UK venues.** We are building a guide to public saunas in the UK. If you run one, or love one, tell us about it.
- **Questions** about anything on the site. We cannot give personal medical advice, so for that please speak to your GP.

## What won't we do?

We don't accept payment, free sessions or partnership offers from sauna makers or venues, and we don't review or rank products on request.
